2-April-2007 Service Pack 2 (SP2) for Spotfire DecisionSite 9.0 provides enhanced Affymetrix AGCC .CHP file support and fixes several issues including the following:
  • Sometimes not all columns are shown in table properties for Structures in Table View
  • Inconsistent handling of FallbackValues in Column.Copy
  • Bug in Column.ValueMap API together with coloring
  • Jitter in line chart is sometimes not redrawn after file open
  • Real type value parameters changed by regional settings
  • Dispose method for image generator is not called during Export to SAR Table
  • Profile ANOVA and Treatment Comparison modules are sometimes not found
Service Pack 2 (SP2) also includes all issues previously addressed in Service Pack 1 (SP1) including:
  • Unable to resize label areas on heat maps with dendrograms
  • Heat map and dendrograms are not lined up
  • DS Client exception when adding columns from text files (e.g. .txt or .csv files) that are larger than 4 MB or 16-bit files that are larger than 8 MB
  • Problem creating Importagent ActiveX object from script code
  • Long User-Agent string in http request causing client communication to get blocked by ISS Proventia
  • Duplicate Visualization in Bar Chart does not capture customized colors
  • Adding columns from SAS file is not working
  • Script error when running Support Diagnostics on IE6 with no service pack
  • Importing unsupported ZIP-based files yields non-descriptive error message
  • Wrong fillcolor used when applying .SFM files
  • Colors are lost when ungrouping WMF formatted heat map via PowerPoint export
  • Unexpected behavior when query devices are redrawn during opening of specific .SFS files
  • SizeByRecordsCount in Pie Charts indicates wrong values
  • ScatterPlot API gives empty VisibleRecords collection directly after creation
  • ColumnRange API method use wrong value formatting
