NOTE:
TIBCO Spotfire Server 3.1.1 is a maintenance release that replaces version 3.1.0. If you already have version 3.1.0 installed, you don't need to install version 3.1.1 - just make sure to apply the patches available below
These patches can be applied on both TIBCO Spotfire Server 3.1.0 and 3.1.1. Note that TIBCO Spotfire Server 3.1.1 is already updated with patch A59140 (released 01-April-2010) out-of-the-box.

- When attempting to download an analysis from the Library, analyses with certain non-latin characters in the title are given incorrect file names, which in some cases can also lead to the file not being downloadable at all.
Note: Even with this patch applied, some characters can still lead to incorrect file names. This is Web Browser version dependent - it occurs in older versions of Internet Explorer but works well in version 8.
- LDAP login with wildcard (*) is handled incorrectly.
- After copying Information Links and included Column Elements to a new location, prompts may not work for the new Information Links.
- Users may (incorrectly) get full access to the Library because of Oracle bug 6643093.
