Follow the instructions in the TIBCOŽ SpotfireŽ Automation Services 4.0.0 Installation and Deployment Manual to install TIBCOŽ SpotfireŽ Automation Services 4.0.0.

Known Issues

General

If the task exports a Text Area containing Sparklines, Calculated Values or Icons, the export might result in an empty image, without any error or logging message. This applies to the following tasks: Export Image, Export to PDF and Send Email.
Workaround: In the Spotfire.Dxp.Automation.Launcher.exe.config file, increase the VisualWebViewIdleTimoutMs timeout.
The Set Data Source Credentials task generates an error if the certificate is invalid or is missing the private key.
Workaround: First, close the error dialog and remove the task. Next, add the task again and select a valid certificate that includes the private key.
