Module:  Plate-Based Visualizations                                                                              Print

Lesson Objective Learn how to create visualizations for analysis of data generated from plate-based assays, including 96, 384, 1536-well (etc.) formats
Section Description
Plate-Based Visualizations A description of standard assay plate types, including:  96, 384, or 1536-well plates.
Individual Plate View (Plate Grid) A brief review of how to create a scatter plot with plate coordinates, trellised by plate, with assay values represented by a continuous colorimetric gradient.
Summary View (Pies Sized by Sum Result) A brief review of how to create a pie chart, split by plate coordinates, with summary information related by pie size at each plate position.
Review HTS Data Guide How to use an automated process guide to generate plate-based visualizations.
